Attitudes and Organizational Patterns

Our text identifies organizational patterns as " the study of the influence that people, groups, and structure possess on behavior within businesses. ” Throughout this dissertation, I will be discussing a few challenges and opportunities that are included in organizational patterns. Also, I am talking about perceptions, what the primary components of thinking are and also how consistent they can be. Last but not least, I will be discussing the self-perception theory. (Robbins, Assess, 2008)

Company behavior is an elaborate subject to examine because there are few universal concepts that clarify it. They will generalize what might happen, but each situation, along with each person may be several. Two people in the same circumstance may do two in direct contrast things, because of personal preferences and thoughts. One challenge for organizational actions are globalization. Because our text message states, " As the world becomes a global village, the manager's job is changing. ” Due to globalization, managers are now being forced to work with overseas companies which will brings these to working with persons from several cultures. Nevertheless, we are finding more and more personnel that are not in the United States. Issues that come from this could include different function ethics. One other big challenge is that organizations are going their careers to countries with a less expensive of labor. We cannot forget about difficulties such as sexuality, race, countrywide origin, era, disability, home-based partnership and non-Christian customs also. Our world is ever changing and in order to keep up with society, all of us as a you need to change and develop also. (Robbins, Evaluate, 2008)

Around the positive side, organizational patterns brings various opportunities as well. It may improve quality and productivity of employees by giving managers with insight to changes in the workforce. Robbins and Judge condition,...
