The spectacular growth of garment sector in Bangladesh in recent years features dramatically transformed the panorama of foreign trade composition from the country. When heavily determined by exports of primary items lead by Jute, our economy of Bangladesh is now experiencing almost 76% export contribution from readymade garments (RMG). The sector has now occupied an important place in Bangladesh countrywide economy. However, all is definitely not well in this sector. It faces numerous challenges and it is right now on the crossroad with the phasing out of quota system, GSP facilities and new provisions of WTO. From this study tries have been made to find out the ways to face the competitive organization environment by efficient supervision process on the lead time reduction. The main purpose of here is info to evaluate the business process of the outfit sector to determine it's business lead time minimization process. The analysis has been determined by the development of a new diagram of business process with the outcome the other managing process in the supply string is an important component rather than process management inside the lead time minimization process.

Together with the blessings of inexpensive labour, pressure for globalisation of development based on site economies in addition to the favourable treatment from developed countries, Bangladesh and some different developing countries have little by little become the global players in international trade in RMG. However , the Multi-fibre Set up facility, which has been extended to favour the smallest amount of, developed countries in conveying garments and textile has phased out following 2005. Consequently, the beneficiaries of MFA, including Bangladesh are facing severe competition in the unguaranteed world marketplace. At present, this sector is facing many challenges nationally and worldwide.
